I understand why this one only has a last name but I kind of like that.

Our time at the cemetery was pretty short and emotional for everyone, but Im glad I got to see where some of my family is buried.

Road Trip: Wenatchee

Saturday morning, we left Bellingham at 6 am to head over the mountains to my aunt's memorial gathering. She passed away earlier this year so the family got together to remember and honor her. It was really nice to see everyone.  It was also nice to leave the nasty gloom for a couple of days of 80 degree weather without a hint of rain. Taking the parents convertible was also pretty sweet. Its way fun driving over the pass with the top down. I took about a million pics on the way over and back.

The sky is so blue !!! The landscape is so amazing, but I doubt I could live over there. Too far from the water :)
